CINE PRESTIGE BUNDLE DEAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below applicable to this Promotion ("Rules").

Copies of these Rules are available online at www.sterkinekor.com ("Website").

You may not participate in this Promotion if you do not agree to be bound by the Rules and if you participate further in this Promotion, doing so will be confirmation that you agree to these Rules.

Ster-Kinekor Theatres Proprietary Limited and/or its agencies (collectively, the ″Organisers″) may in their sole discretion amend these Rules at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Rules on the Website.

1. The promoter is Ster-Kinekor Theatres Proprietary Limited, a company with limited liability incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa (registration number 2018/482630/07).
2. The Cine Prestige Bundle Deal Promotion is valid from 1 July 2022 ("Promotion Period"). Bookings for the Cine Prestige Bundle Deal opens in cinema and online on 1 July 2022 valid at all South African Cine Prestige sites.
3. Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Promotion, he/she has full eligibility to do so.  The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.
4. Eligible participants can purchase the following Cine Prestige bundles which includes a Cine Prestige movie ticket together with concessions for R240 incl. VAT from 1 July 2022:
   1. 1x Cine Prestige movie ticket, 1x regular popcorn and 1x glass of wine for R240 incl. VAT per person (not available at Gateway). Wine options include Spier Merlot 250ml, Spier Rose 250ml and Spier Sauvignon Blanc 250ml.
   2. 1x Cine Prestige movie ticket, 1x regular popcorn and 1x regular soda/Slush Puppie/water and sweet for R240 incl. VAT per person.
   3. 1x Cine Prestige movie ticket, 1x regular popcorn and 1x beer for R240 incl. VAT per person (not available at Gateway). Beer options include Heineken 330ml, Black Label 330ml and Castle Light 330ml.
5. The Cine Prestige Bundle Deal promotion is not open to movie ticket purchases using the SK Club, Discovery Vitality and / or Edgar’s Club card or SK Subscription Club membership.
6. Promotion is not applicable to discounted or promotional ticket prices.
7. The promoter/s of this Promotion are the Organisers.  The Organisers will interpret the Rules in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Rules at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these Rules.
8. THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.  IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE ORGANISERS WILL PROVIDE NOTICE ON ITS WEBSITE AND IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW SUCH WEBSITE IN THIS RESPECT.  IN SUCH EVENT, ALL PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS WHICH THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THE ORGANISERS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE ORGANISERS.
9. The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Organisers.  If this is the case, the Organisers will provide notice of this on the Website.
10. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, THE PARTICIPANTS HEREBY INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ORGANISERS (INCLUDING THEIR HOLDING COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES), THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND/ OR CONTRACTORS (THE ²ORGANISER PARTIES²) FROM AND AGAINST ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, CLAIM OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
