8.     This Promotion excludes all Ster Kinekor cinemas located in Zimbabwe, Namibia (Maerua, The Grove) and Zambia (Manda Hill). It applies only to Ster Kinekor cinemas in South Africa as specified in Clause 7 & 8.

9.      No sales under the Promotion will be permitted for shows after 19 March 2026. No sales received after the Promotion closes will be considered and any sales received after this date will not qualify for the discount.

10.         Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in the Promotion, he/she has full eligibility to do so.  The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.

11.      Ster Kinekor South Africa eligible participants may purchase a 2D or IMAX movie ticket (during the IMAX promotion period) together with a 500ml soda/slush and small popcorn for R99. This offer applies to select Oscar‑nominated movies currently showing on the Ster‑Kinekor circuit as listed in clause as listed below:

12.  The bundle is valid only at participating sites and includes the re‑release of the IMAX titles (F1, Marty Supreme, One Battle After Another, and Sinners) in IMAX during the period 13–19 March 2026

13.       The Promotion excludes Cine Prestige, D-BOX, SKX-Perience, and any other premium format cinemas, as well as loyalty partner offers, film festivals, The Met Opera, and National Theatre Live screenings.

14.   The Promotion is not open for purchase using the SK Club, Discovery Vitality and / or Edgars Club cards.

15.    Edgars Club members benefits shall remain valid in accordance with the existing program terms and conditions for IMAX and Cine Prestige movie ticket purchases. Members may purchase the Promotion bundle deal for R99.00. Only valid in South Africa.

17.      SK Club members will continue to get SK Club Points on qualifying purchases for the Promotion.

18.       The Promotion will include the option for Subscription Club members in South Africa to redeem their vouchers. Eligible members may redeem their movie vouchers as usual on Friday, 28 November 2025. Members may elect to redeem their movie ticket voucher only or redeem it together with the standard discounted Subscription Club combo. Where no vouchers are available, members may purchase the Promotion bundle deal for R99.00. Only valid in South Africa.

19.       The Promotion will include the option for Pick n Pay Smart Shopper members in South Africa redeem their converted Smart Shopper points for Ster Kinekor movie vouchers as usual on during the promotion period. Members may elect to redeem their movie ticket voucher only. Where no vouchers are available, members may purchase the Promotion bundle deal for R99.00. Only valid in South Africa.

20.       The Promotion will include the option for eBucks members to redeem their Ster Kinekor vouchers purchased through the eBucks rewards program. Eligible members may redeem their movie vouchers as usual during the promotion period. Members may elect to redeem their movie ticket voucher only. Where no vouchers are available, members may purchase the Promotion bundle deal for R99.00. Only valid in South Africa

21.      The Promotion is not applicable to discounted or promotional ticket prices.

22.       During the Promotion Period, increased demand may lead to temporary technical issues, delays in transaction processing, or shortages of certain concession items, including limited beverage flavours and popcorn varieties. While Ster Kinekor strives to maintain platform stability and sufficient stock levels, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of specific concessions throughout the event. Ster Kinekor disclaim liability for any inconvenience or loss arising from these issues. Participants are encouraged to reach out to our support team for assistance or clarification in such cases.

23.    STER KINEKOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.  IF THIS IS THE CASE, STER KINEKOR WILL PROVIDE NOTICE ON ITS WEBSITE AND IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW SUCH WEBSITE IN THIS RESPECT.  IN SUCH EVENT, ALL PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS WHICH THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST STER KINEKOR AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST STER-KINEKOR.

24.        The duration of the Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of Ster-Kinekor.  If this is the case, Ster Kinekor will provide notice of this on the Website. 

25.        BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, THE PARTICIPANTS HEREBY INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS STER KINEKOR (INCLUDING THEIR HOLDING COMPANIES, AND SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES), THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND/ OR CONTRACTORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, CLAIM OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
