Can customers still book via the Ster-Kinekor app?

Yes! There is a NEW SK app available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.      

  • Look out for the light blue icon with a white SK logo,  that’s the new app.

The old app is no longer active and does not show movie times or allow bookings.

Can I still print tickets at the cinema?

Ster-Kinekor has gone paperless.

  • You’ll receive your movie, snack, and 3D glasses tickets via WhatsApp after booking.
  • Simply show the QR code on your phone at the entrance – no printing needed.
  • Coming soon: We’re working on adding Apple Wallet support for even more convenience.

How do I make sure I earn SK Club points and get my discounts?

  • Enter your SK Club number at the start AND again at the end of the booking process – whether you’re on the app or website.
  • This makes sure you earn loyalty points and enjoy benefits like Half Price Tuesdays.

Booking for more than one person?

  • If you’re buying multiple tickets (e.g., for 3 people), you’ll need to add an SK Club or Subscription Club number per ticket.
  • This ensures each ticket earns points and gets the applicable discount.

Having Trouble?

Do I need to create a new account?

  No – if you already have an SK Club account, you’re all set. Just log in using your existing email and password.  

Can’t log in?

  • Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen of the app or website.
  • Follow the prompts to reset your password and log in again.

Got an error during checkout?

  • First, check with your bank to confirm whether the payment went through.
  • If the issue continues, please contact our Guest Experience Team on 0861 MOVIES for support.
